Genuine Pressure Washer Cylinder Head Stock Number: ES538413
Genuine spare part for select models of Karcher pressure washers
I have changed the cylinder head and checked the water filter in the inlet but the problem persists. What else can be faulty?
- If the cylinder head doesn't fix it then try replacing the Control head which is the plastic housing which sits on top of the cylinder head
i have a karcher 4.91 which pulses during operation i have stripped it down and not found any obvious cracks but there is a dribble between the cylinder head and aluminium body during operation. do i need to replace the cylinder head or housing or seals etc???
- I assume that the machine pulses when you release the trigger. Any sign of a leak will cause this as the machine needs to maintain pressure in order to keep the motor switched off. Also, a pocket of trapped air within the valve gear will have a similar effect.
i have a b502 pressure washer, when i turn the motor on there is power but no pressure, any suggestions 1 Answer

Those the cylinder head come with the small orange valve and light spring with fits on top and into the centre postion of the cylinder head? 1 Answer
if not what is the part number for valve and spring? When i disassemblied the head these parts and the white pistons in the cylinder head were melted. What would have caused this?

To show the relationship between the completely re assembled cylinder head housing and the pressure switch. Not sure where the rubber switch should sit, above or below the housing. I have reassemled the unit but it will not now start. Did before repair (but leaked).
- You have the rubber switch in the wrong place, it needs to above the housing - just flick it with a screwdriver and it should ping into position.
- The only part I had to take off the ond cylinder head was a small valve and spring to fi in the new one.
Is the Cylinder supplied complete ready to fit or do I need to buy rubber piston seals
- The cylinder head is complete with piston seals.
Will this part fit my appliance?
