The washing machine broke down just before the easter bank holiday...
The washer broke down on Thursday immediately before the long easter bank holiday. The error code told me the motor was dead and needed replacing. Great! The helpful YT video showed me even an idiot like me could replace it. So I ordered a replacement motor thinking it would be at least Wednesday before I got it (Tuesday at a push). Kids were off school, washing piling up. Saturday afternoon there was a knock at the door and the friendly DPD delivery man delivered the motor. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Very impressive. Washing machine fixed in no time and is now working like a charm. 10/10.
