Please note: The video attached is a general guide and uses a slightly different locking method. We believe with this type of hinge when open you pass a 'pin' through the hole on the arm near the fulcrum on both hinges. This should hold the hinge locked open allowing you to disengage from the case as you slowly lift the door toward closed.
