will not respond to problem with item
an item was sent in error and is to large to return by the only method available ie Royal Mail. ESpares have yet to answer 30+ emails. The speak to an agent option is inactive. Shameful that they operate a great service with how to videos that make the most complicated procedures manageable. I'll use other parts replacement companies now but use ESpare videos. Now I have to wait amonth to get a refund from Paypal.

Kenwood freezer tray.
I provided the Kenwood fridge/freezer code KFCD55X15 as requested.The wrong size freezer tray was sent despite assurances that there would not be a problem. The actual size that I require 40x13x27mm. I now want return wrong size one pease send me a return label to attach to the return!
