      After receiving a faulty Dyson battery, and returning it, eSpares were quick to respond and replace without any hesitation. This was very much appreciated.       It OK but the response was a little slow. I contacted them regarding what I thought was a missed delivery. It turned out to be my mistake and the information supplied was courteous and accurate - but the response time from customer care took nearly 48 hrs.
