      Excellent service and price
      The heating element packed up on my cooker and I made enquiries with the provider to obtain a quote for a replacement part and installation. As I was out of warranty the price was over £220. I went onto the espares website and put in the make and model number. The part cost £10.95 and with postage of £3.95 it cost me £14.90. The website showed how to fit the part and it took just ten minutes to install. A good saving and excellent product

      sent me spsres that dont fit ,i contacted e/spares but i dont have the model number for the spares i want for ,this is the reason spares were not right ,i want ro return them but you say i need a model number v,??? i did not have this to begin with ,please let me speak to a real person to explain and sort this

      I purchased a dishwasher pump. I had tried all other fault finding advice and it pointed to a faulty pump. The machine still did not work with the new pump so I returned it. The refund came through within a couple of days. Great customer service.
