      Slow delivery and unresponsive
      I paid extra for express 2-day delivery, but didn't receive the package until after 4 days. On the 3rd day I emailed to ask if there was a problem with the order and whether I could be refunded the express delivery charge, but I never received any reply. Once the part arrived, it was exactly what I needed, just a shame about the service I received.
