      Ordered a new belt for my tumble...
      Ordered a new belt for my tumble dryer and paid for next day delivery. The couriers failed to deliver item the next day as went to wrong house anyway. Belt was delivered the following day and my husband and I fitted it that afternoon. I reported to ESpares that I didn’t get next day delivery and they refunded me the difference in the postage charged. Excellent customer service!

      The first attempt was very confusing and it was difficult to get a refund. So I waited a month and tried again, this time it went well. Also, it is confusing when I buy from eSpares and am billed by Screwfix.
