I paid a lot of money for urgent next day delivery, but my item did not arrive. I tried to contact espares, but they don't provide phone support and their 'online chat' wasn't working, so I emailed. My automatic email reply said I could wait 72+hours for a proper response. I tried to deal with the courier instead, however they would only take instruction from their customer - who was espares. Espares actually responded to my second email, where I asked them to cancel the delivery and refund in full, which they agreed. They confirmed that the item had been received by them, but I now have to chase the refund, as that's not arrived either. A frustrating experience and a total waste of my time.

Needed some replacement parts for our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Website is super easy to navigate and specific items simple to identify. Delivery was fast, accurate and very well packaged to avoid any transit damage. Pricing seemed very reasonable, offering alternatives of original manufacturer or aftermarket.
