      I purchased a dishwasher pump
      I purchased a dishwasher pump. I had tried all other fault finding advice and it pointed to a faulty pump. The machine still did not work with the new pump so I returned it. The refund came through within a couple of days. Great customer service.

      I’ve Espares a couple a few times and never had a problem this time I ordered a new door seal for our fridge put in the make and part number in it was delivered within a couple of days followed the video instructions and fit it in a a couple of minutes brilliant

      I’m trying to return an item
      I’m trying to return an item, but on your website all that happens is it goes round in a loop. I ended up having to send an enquiry and am now awaiting a reply. I also wanted to order another part, went to login, but it doesn’t recognise my password. An email was meant to be sent with a link to resetting the password - nothing has arrived. Absolutely awful service, sorry, but you need to do better than this. Please advise how to return an item and get a refund - quite simple. Thanks.
