      Great response
      I had a problem with a faulty thermostat, which was dealt with quickly and another sent. Returns we're also very easy with Royal Mail collecting from the door. The only night is with the standard response email that had a disclaimer saying it could be up to 48 hours before a response, but in the circumstances the actual response was fairly rapid

      Good customer service. Always something to consider when buying a product as we all hope for a “perfect” product when we buy online. My concern ref an issue with the item was dealt with efficiently and promptly and I was left a satisfied customer. I would definitely buy again.
