How do I remove original dome-shaped fixing nut from Flymo 3000 impellor?

Use a socket or spanner to undo and remove the nut spraying with a little releasing fluid a few minutes before trying to remove it. If the nut is damaged you can try using a pair of pipe grips or mole grips to turn the damaged nut.
